font-size: 16px;">二、項(xiàng)目概況：</span></strong><span style="font-size: 16px; font-family: 宋體;">項(xiàng)目總投資約4000萬元。主要建設(shè)CIM數(shù)字底座，重點(diǎn)圍繞新區(qū)36平方公里，匯聚時(shí)空基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)、資源調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)、規(guī)劃管控?cái)?shù)據(jù)、工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目數(shù)據(jù)、公共專題數(shù)據(jù)、物聯(lián)網(wǎng)感知數(shù)據(jù)等各類數(shù)據(jù)資源，構(gòu)建形成綿陽科技城新區(qū)統(tǒng)一的CIM時(shí)空數(shù)據(jù)庫和數(shù)字底板。在此基礎(chǔ)上建設(shè)基于BIM工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目審批三維電子報(bào)建應(yīng)用、多方協(xié)同建造管理應(yīng)用、項(xiàng)目全生命周期管理應(yīng)用、智慧工地應(yīng)用等四大應(yīng)用場(chǎng)景，構(gòu)件貫穿科技城新區(qū)城市規(guī)劃、建設(shè)、管理、運(yùn)營全過程的CIM+BIM“規(guī)建管運(yùn)”一體化應(yīng)用體系。</span></span></p><p style="line-height: 29px; font-size: 16px;">六、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性談判申請(qǐng)人資格：</span></strong></span></p><p style="margin-left: 28px; line-height: 29px; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px; font-family: 微軟雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei";">（一）具有獨(dú)立承擔(dān)民事責(zé)任的能力；</span></p><p style="margin-left: 28px; line-height: 29px; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px; font-family: 微軟雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei";">（二）具有良好的商業(yè)信譽(yù)和健全的財(cái)務(wù)會(huì)計(jì)制度；</span></p><p style="margin-left: 28px; line-height: 29px; font-family: 微軟雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei";">（四）具有依法繳納稅收和社會(huì)保障資金的良好記錄；</span></p><p style="margin-left: 28px; line-height: 29px; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px; font-family: 微軟雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei";">（五）參加本次采購活動(dòng)前三年內(nèi)，在經(jīng)營活動(dòng)中沒有重大違法違規(guī)記錄；</span></p><p style="margin-left: 28px;
