人才公園招租公告

<p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-family: 微軟雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei";">綿陽新投實(shí)業(yè)有限責(zé)任公司委托四川喜邦招標(biāo)代理有限公司，擬對(duì)“科技城新區(qū)人才公園公開招租”項(xiàng)目采用競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性談判方式進(jìn)行第三次公開招租，茲邀請(qǐng)符合要求的響應(yīng)人參加競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性談判。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><strong><span style="font-family: 微軟雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei";">一、招租項(xiàng)目基本情況</span></strong></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-family: 微軟雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei";"> <strong>（一）</strong>項(xiàng)目編號(hào)：四川喜邦企競(jìng)（2022）36號(hào)</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-family: 微軟雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei";"> <strong>（二）</strong>項(xiàng)目名稱：科技城人才公園人才創(chuàng)新交流區(qū)4號(hào)樓、人才創(chuàng)新交流區(qū)5、6號(hào)樓、人才成果展示區(qū)1號(hào)院公開招租。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-family: 微軟雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei";"> <strong>（三）</strong>招租人：綿陽新投實(shí)業(yè)有限責(zé)任公司</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-family: 微軟雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei";"> <strong>（四）</strong>代理機(jī)構(gòu)：四川喜邦招標(biāo)代理有限公司</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-family: 微軟雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei";"> <strong>（五）</strong>評(píng)審方式：根據(jù)質(zhì)量和服務(wù)均能滿足談判文件實(shí)質(zhì)性響應(yīng)要求且最后報(bào)價(jià)最高的原則確定成交響應(yīng)人。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><strong><span style="font-family: 微軟雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei";">二、租賃期限</span></strong></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-family: 微軟雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei";"> 租賃期限9年。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><strong><span style="font-family: 微軟雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei";">三、項(xiàng)目簡(jiǎn)介</span></strong></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-family: 微軟雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei";"> 綿陽科技城人才公園，本次招租規(guī)劃標(biāo)的物面積。包一：人才創(chuàng)新交流區(qū)5、6號(hào)樓，面積604.2㎡；包二：人才創(chuàng)新交流區(qū)4號(hào)樓，面積756.01㎡；包三：人才成果展示區(qū)1號(hào)院，面積551.25㎡。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><strong><span style="font-family: 微軟雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei";">四、響應(yīng)人邀請(qǐng)方式</span></strong></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-family: 微軟雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei";"> 公告方式：本次競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性談判邀請(qǐng)?jiān)谥袊?guó)政府采購網(wǎng)（www.ccgp.gov.cn）和其他媒介上以公告形式發(fā)布。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><strong><span style="font-family: 微軟雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei";">五、響應(yīng)人參加本次政府招租活動(dòng)應(yīng)具備下列條件</span></strong></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-family: 微軟雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei";"> <strong>（一）</strong>具有獨(dú)立承擔(dān)民事責(zé)任的能力；</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-family: 微軟雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei";"> <strong>（二）</strong>參加本次招租活動(dòng)前三年內(nèi)，沒有重大違法犯罪記錄；</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-family: 微軟雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei";"> <strong>（三）</strong>法律、行政法規(guī)規(guī)定的其他條件；</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-family: 微軟雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei";"> <strong>（四）</strong>根據(jù)招租項(xiàng)目提出的特殊條件：未被列入工商系統(tǒng)經(jīng)營(yíng)異常名錄或嚴(yán)重違法失信企業(yè)名單或者人民法院公布的失信被執(zhí)行人名單的承諾（企業(yè)法定代表人、個(gè)體法人、自然人需出具征信證明）。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-family: 微軟雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei";"> <strong>（五）</strong>本次招商不接受聯(lián)合體響應(yīng)。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><strong><span style="font-family: 微軟雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei";">六、談判文件獲取方式、時(shí)間、地點(diǎn)</span></strong></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-family: 微軟雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei";"><span style="font-family: 微軟雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei"; text-indent: 32px;"> </span>談判文件自2022年8月23日至2022年8月26日上午09:00- 17:00時(shí)（北京時(shí)間，法定節(jié)假日除外）在四川喜邦招標(biāo)代理有限公司（中國(guó)綿陽科技城科教創(chuàng)業(yè)園區(qū)博雅路3附15-2）獲取。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-family: 微軟雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei";"><span style="font-family: 微軟雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei"; text-indent: 32px;"> </span>本項(xiàng)目談判文件有償獲取，談判文件售價(jià)：人民幣100元/份（談判文件售后不退, 談判資格不能轉(zhuǎn)讓）。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-family: 微軟雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei";"><span style="font-family: 微軟雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei";
