上馬匯金酒店項目方案設(shè)計競爭性談判公告

<p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="text-decoration: underline;">上馬匯金酒店項目方案設(shè)計</span>已具備實施條件，現(xiàn)邀請符合要求的單位參加本項目競爭性談判，具體事項如下：</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><strong>一、項目名稱： </strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>上馬匯金酒店項目方案設(shè)計</strong></span><strong> </strong></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><strong>二、項目位置： </strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong> 綿陽科技城新區(qū)</strong></span><strong> </strong></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><strong>三、采取競爭性談判方式，在密封報價的基礎(chǔ)上，進(jìn)行一輪或多輪談判；</strong></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><strong>四、成交原則：質(zhì)量和服務(wù)均能滿足競爭性談判文件的實質(zhì)要求且報價最低的原則進(jìn)行確定。</strong></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><strong>五、競爭性談判申請人資格：</strong></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;">（一）具有獨立承擔(dān)民事責(zé)任的能力；</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;">（二）具有良好的商業(yè)信譽和健全的財務(wù)會計制度；</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;">（三）具有履行合同所必需的設(shè)備和專業(yè)技術(shù)能力；</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;">（四）具有依法繳納稅收和社會保障資金的良好記錄；</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;">（五）參加本次采購活動前三年內(nèi)，在經(jīng)營活動中沒有重大違法違規(guī)記錄；</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;">（六）法律、行政法規(guī)規(guī)定的其他條件；</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;">（七）根據(jù)采購項目提出的特殊條件：</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"> 7.1、競爭性談判申請人及其現(xiàn)任法定代表人不得具有行賄犯罪記錄；</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"> <span style="text-indent: 32px;"> </span>7.2、<span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>內(nèi)裝設(shè)計師及其他專業(yè)顧問須具備提供服務(wù)所需的技能和資格，且參與完成至少一個在品牌、風(fēng)格、規(guī)模、質(zhì)量與設(shè)施等方面與國際品牌酒店具有可比性的國際酒店項目。</strong></span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>六、獲取競爭性談判文件的時間、地點、方式及競爭性談判文件售價：</strong></span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><strong>（一）獲取競爭性談判文件的時間：</strong>2022年 8月19 日至 2022年 8 月 23日上午09:00- 11:30，下午14:00-17:00（北京時間，法定節(jié)假日除外）。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><strong>（二）獲取競爭性談判文件的地點：</strong>綿陽科技城新區(qū)投資控股（集團(tuán)）有限公司招采管理中心。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><strong>（三）獲取競爭性談判文件的費用：</strong>200元/份</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><strong>（四）獲取競爭性談判文件時必須提供以下資料：</strong></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="text-indent: 32px;"> </span>3.1單位介紹信、法定代表人授權(quán)委托書（原件，被授權(quán)人要求具有唯一性）；</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="text-indent: 32px;"> </span>3.2委托人身份證（復(fù)印件加蓋單位公章）；</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="text-indent: 32px;"> </span>3.3企業(yè)法人營業(yè)執(zhí)照副本、資質(zhì)等級證書副本（復(fù)印件加蓋單位公章）；</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;">競爭性談判申請人購買談判文件時必須如實認(rèn)真填寫項目信息競爭性談判申請人信息，競爭性談判申請人進(jìn)行報名和參加談判的主體不能改變，談判主體須保持一致；若競爭性談判申請人提供的錯誤信息，對自身談判事宜造成影響的，競爭性談判申請人自行承擔(dān)責(zé)任。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><strong>七、競爭性談判文件遞交截止時間：</strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">2022 年 8月26 日 10 時 00 分（北京時間）。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><strong>八、談判時間：</strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">2022年8 月 26日 10 時 00 分（北京時間）。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><strong>九、談判文件遞交及談判地點：</strong>綿陽科技城新區(qū)投資控股（集團(tuán)）有限公司作戰(zhàn)室。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><strong>十、本談判公告在</strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">綿陽科技城新區(qū)投資控股（集團(tuán)）有限公司（www.bonkersforegolf.com）</span><strong> 以公告形式發(fā)布。</strong></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><strong>十一、聯(lián)系方式：</strong></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="text-indent: 32px;"> </span>競爭性談判人：<strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">綿陽新投實業(yè)有限責(zé)任公司</span></strong></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="text-indent: 32px;"> </span>聯(lián) 系 人：<span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>吳先生</strong></span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="text-indent: 32px;"> </span>電 話：<span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>0816-6339659</strong></span></p><p><br/></p>
