16px">二、項目概況：本項目位于科技城新區(qū)時令花卉更換；</span></p><p style="line-height:150%"><span style="font-family: 宋體;line-height: 150%;font-size: 16px">三、項目位置：項目位于科技城新區(qū)（直管區(qū)）</span><span style=";font-family:宋體;line-height:150%;font-size:16px">；</span></p><p style="line-height:150%"><span style=";font-family:宋體;line-height:150%;font-size:16px">四、采取競爭性談判方式：在密封報價的基礎(chǔ)上，進(jìn)行一輪或多輪談判；</span></p><p style="line-height:150%"><span style=";font-family:宋體;line-height:150%;font-size:16px">五、成交原則：采用單價包干報價模式，質(zhì)量和服務(wù)均能滿足競爭性談判文件的實質(zhì)要求且報價最低的原則進(jìn)行確定。</span></p><p style="line-height:150%"><span style=";font-family:宋體;line-height:150%;font-size:16px">六、競爭性談判申請人資格：</span></p><p style="margin-left:28px;line-height:150%"><span style=";font-family:宋體;line-height:150%;font-size:16px"><span style="font-family:宋體">（一）具有獨立承擔(dān)民事責(zé)任的能力；</span> </span></p><p style="margin-left:28px;line-height:150%"><span style=";font-family:宋體;line-height:150%;font-size:16px">（二）具有良好的商業(yè)信譽(yù)和健全的財務(wù)會計制度；</span></p><p style="margin-left:28px;line-height:150%"><span style=";font-family:宋體;line-height:150%;font-size:16px">（三）具有履行合同所必需的設(shè)備和專業(yè)技術(shù)能力；</span></p><p style="margin-left:28px;line-height:150%"><span style=";font-family:宋體;line-height:150%;font-size:16px">（四）具有依法繳納稅收和社會保障資金的良好記錄；</span></p><p style="margin-left:28px;line-height:150%"><span style=";font-family:宋體;line-height:150%;font-size:16px">（五）參加本次采購活動前三年內(nèi)，在經(jīng)營活動中沒有重大違法違規(guī)記錄；</span></p><p style="margin-left:28px;line-height:150%"><span style=";font-family:宋體;line-height:150%;font-size:16px">（六）法律、行政法規(guī)規(guī)定的其他條件；</span></p><p style="margin-left:28px;line-height:150%"><span style=";font-family:宋體;line-height:150%;font-size:16px">（七）根據(jù)采購項目提出的特殊條件：競爭性談判申請人及其現(xiàn)任法定代表人不得具有行賄犯罪記錄。</span></p><p style="line-height: 150%"><span 150%;font-size: 16px">（一）獲取競爭性談判文件的時間：</span></strong><span style=";font-family:宋體;line-height:150%;font-size:16px">2023年5月 18 日至2023年 5月 22 日上午09:00- style=";font-family:宋體;line-height:150%;font-size:16px">競爭性談判申請人購買談判文件時必須如實認(rèn)真填寫項目信息競爭性談判申請人信息</span><span style=";font-family:宋體;font-size:14px">，</span><span style=";font-family:宋體;line-height:150%;font-size:16px"><span style="font-family:宋體">競爭性談判申請人進(jìn)行報名和參加談判的主體不能改變，談判主體須保持一致；若競爭性談判申請人提供的錯誤信息，對自身談判事宜造成影響的，競爭性談判申請人自行承擔(dān)責(zé)任。</span> </span></p><p
